RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you love your BASYQS BODY purchase, but in the event you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items for a refund. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition (free from makeup, fake tan, perfumes etc.). We kindly ask that your item(s) are returned in their original ziplock bags.

Exchanges:
Contact our customer service team at body@basyqs.com with your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange.
Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.
After we receive your returned item, we’ll process the exchange and send out the new product(s) as soon as possible.

How to Return an Item:
To initiate a return, please send us an email at body@basyqs.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as sale items, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the specific product page for details.
